Although there are still many unanswered questions about the use of artificial intelligence, 74% of executives already believe that the benefits of generative AI will outweigh the concerns about it.
Artificial intelligence has won the trust of not only consumers, but also company managers, according to the latest research of the Capgemini Research Institute. The statistics show that the application of AI is currently one of the most important issues when it comes to the future of the company.
Increase revenue through artificial intelligence
Despite the undoubted risks, such as copyright infringement and cybersecurity, 74% of executives believe that the benefits of generative AI will outweigh the concerns. While 21% expect AI to revolutionize their industry, 40% of organizations have already created teams and budgeted for the technology, and another 49% plan to do so within 12 months.
Chatbots that help automate customer service, product and service design options, and generative AI tools for customer experience are the most important for organizations. Managers are confident that the use of technology will make the customer experience more interactive and attractive (71%), and improve customer service with automated and personalized support (67%).
