The European Parliament would indicate the place of origin on every products
Instead of the current voluntary practice, the place of origin should be compulsorily indicated on each product – the European Parliament included in its draft legislation.
According to the proposed regulation, that counry should be indicated on the product, where the last last substantial, economically justified processing or working took place, resulting in the creation of a new product. (MTI)
