Street food for all food sensitivities
Everybody deserves a good burger, gofri, or taco, so more and more street food producers are thinking about those people who have some food intolerance or follow different diets. From Friday to Sunday, the Food Truck Show will also have some of these courses, as a gourmet festival can be enjoyable without gluten, lactose and meat.
After this year’s Food Truck Show, street food can be prepared at home, because at the gastro festival, the first home-made Food Truck Recipe Book will be available between 1 and 3 September with more than 50 courses.
