Million HUF fines for misleading consumers
The Competition Authority (GVH) obliged three businesses, organizing consumer groups to pay a maximum penalty of 10, 6 million HUF.
According to the Competition Authority (GVH), the Standard-Company, the Invest Holding System, and the Mutuo Risparmio misleaded the consumers with their communication, so the Competition Authority (GVH) imposed a fine of 1.6 million, 5.8 million, and 3.2 million HUF on them – reports origo.
