Million-dollar donation for sustainability: Popular online supermarket supports national tree planting program
Kifli.hu donated more than 100 Nordmann pine trees with a ground ball to the 10 Million Trees Foundation. The donation is worth over one million forints. At least 100 institutions will be able to plant the trees on the National Tree Planting Day, which is scheduled for March 1st.
Kifli.hu donated 107 Nordmann pine trees with a ground ball to the 10 Million Trees Foundation, and the total value of the donation is over one million forints. The trees will be planted on the National Tree Planting Day on March 1st in various parts of the country. The aim of the campaign is to contribute to increasing green areas, promoting sustainability and strengthening community responsibility.
“Environmental awareness has been a core value of Kifli.hu since its founding, and it is a great pleasure that we were able to participate in a great initiative again. “Protecting nature also fits into our core mission, which is to create the opportunity for our customers to eat well,” said Rita Szalma, Commercial Director of Kifli.hu. The tree planting program is closely aligned with Kifli.hu’s sustainability strategy, as the online supermarket aims to actively contribute to environmental protection and building a sustainable future.
