The number of mobile subscribers to expand with billions
In the next five years, the number of mobile subscribers will increase by 2.6 billion. Last year it was 4.4 billion worldwide, according to Ericsson’s June Mobility Report – Magyar Nemzet Online wrote.
According to the telecoms company’s forecast, the global mobile global data traffic may grow by eight-fold by 2022. The smartphone mobile data usage will increase to 66 megabytes (more than 16 billion data stored on DVDs) per month. (MTI, mno.hu)
