Due to the drought, there is hardly any fodder in the eastern part of the country, even though the stocks must be replenished in these weeks, which would be fed to the animals next year. The price of meat and dairy products can also explode in autumn – we can read in the hvg.hu article.

Corn has already been cut in the east due to the drought, but the farmers are getting the other fodder at astronomical prices, sooner or later we will notice further increases in the prices of dairy products and meat. Two weeks ago, there might have been hope that the rain would make up for it, but now it is clear that even if it did rain, it would be too late.
