When do waiters feel good?

A number of studies exist about the ways waiters can influence guests in their decisions, especially about giving a tip. There are however, external factors which cannot be influenced. Guests are most generous during weekends and when on holiday. The evening period is better than daytime, while guest staying for the longest time are the least generous. Members of the opposite sex also tend to get bigger tips.
