Students of a high school in Szeged also learn from a Michelin-starred chef
The students of the Gyula Krúdy Vocational Training School of the Szeged Vocational Training Center also learn from Italian Michelin-starred chef Bernard Fournier in a workshop organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
Director Sándor Elek told MTI on Monday, before the presentation and serving of the tasting menu prepared in the program, that the institution has the opportunity to invite foreign experts in the Erasmus+ program, who can impart new methodological knowledge and good practices to the school’s students, teachers and dual partners. Tenth-, eleventh- and twelfth-grade students attending the technical school take part in the classes of the guest instructors, but the foreign specialists also share their experiences with the teachers of the school and with the employees of the restaurants and hotels cooperating with the institution.
