Michelin stars at the Business Days conference
From this year Hungary already has 7 Michelin-starred restaurants: Babel, Borkonyha, Costes, Costes Downtown and Stand kept their stars, while Essência and Salt both earned one. At the 5-day Business Days conference the first day was dedicated to the HoReCa sector. At the end of the programme Károly Gerendai, the owner of Costes and Costes Downtown ceremonially received the Michelin star plaques for the two restaurants from METRO’s representatives.
