What’s up in the kitchen?
Coninvest has started publishing its own newspaper, with content tailored to Hungary’s different regions. Already three issues are out, printed on recycled paper in 1,000 copies, and it is needless to say that there is a digital version as well. Owner and CEO Mirjam Kertész: “We want this newspaper to be a kind of culinary tourism journal too. There are articles about what we do, and we give tips on how to solve labour shortage or energy use problems. Readers also find short interviews with restaurant managers and owners.”
