Monthly turnover of agricultural inputs
In the fourth and sixth months of 2025, farmers received 9.7 percent less fertilizer than in the same period a year earlier. Within the product range, lime ammonium nitrate (MAS) was the most consumed during the observed period, but demand for the product decreased by 14.5 percent compared to the second quarter of 2024.

Comparing the same two periods, sales prices were 2–27 percent higher than in the base period, with the exception of superphosphate (–18 percent) and potassium chloride, where there was a 6.8 percent decrease. If we compare the average sales prices in the second quarter of 2025 with the first quarter of 2025, they decreased by 1–2 percent or remained unchanged, except for urea, the price of which increased by 3.3 percent.
Less plant protection products were sold
In the case of plant protection products, based on the data for the months of April–June 2025, farmers purchased 2.8 percent less of the observed products than in the same period a year earlier. The sales volume of insecticides increased by 11.6 percent, that of fungicides by 4 percent, while that of herbicides decreased by 16.5 percent compared to the second quarter of 2024. Among fungicides, Falcon Pro was the most sold in the period under review, among insecticides, Force 1.5 G, and among herbicides, Fozat 480. These three products accounted for 55 percent of total sales in the months of April–June 2025.
