The citizens of Sződliget bulid their settlement’s facsimile from gingerbread
The baking of the molds has been started, the income of the exhibition combined with a charity fair will be given to the development of the IT network of the schools in Sződliget – the chief organizer of the civil action told MTI.
In 2011, 100 special gingerbread houses were made from only local ingredients, including the model of the kindergarten, the railway station and the church of Sződliget. The gingerbread houses were all different from each other, among them there were were top lace, tulips decorated the sweet home of Jancsi and Juliska and also a Scandinavian-style house with great success. This tradition will continue this year by further expanding the view.
The charity exhibition will be held on 8 from 10 December from 10 am to 6pm. More informations on the building of the village can be found at the www.mezeskalacsfalu.hu website. (MTI)
