The Christmas surprise of METRO has been ruined – or is it a virus campaign?
For Friday night unknown perpetrators broke into METRO's Christmas Advent Calendar that contains METRO's unveiling the company's total wholesale Christmas campaign.
“A lot of people's joy and expectations of Advent were destroyed by the perpetrators. METRO's management assures everyone that despite the unfortunate events, the chain is preparing undisturbed for a worthy celebration of the Advent weeks “- said Juhász Attila, the head of METRO branding – reports Világgazdaság Online.
Of course, it is also possible that we are talking of a clever vírus marketing campaign, nevertheless the company has published a video of the act:
