The supply of raw materials is geared to the increasing demands for healthy nutrition and also provides increasing number of alternatives for food allergies. According to the European statistics, about 220-250 million people worldwide may suffer from food allergies, and about 60 percent of people are hypersensitive or intolerant to some components.
