METRO Gastro Academy has asked five young and creative chefs to create a meat-free dish, which represents the harmony of food and community very well. Richárd Csillag (Lokal47) – Kéthely, Richárd Farkas (Pajta Restaurant) – Őriszentpéter, Dávid Pallag (Rutin Restaurant) – Budaörs, Ádám Pohner (Iszkor – Mályinka) – Mályinka and András Szabó (Villa Kabala) – Szigliget: they were the young talents who put in their knowledge and values. //
