Metro for the starving children of the summer

The most difficult period of the starving children is the summer break. Nearly twenty thousand children's physical existence depends on that they access food in schools, kindergartens discounted or free.

The Children's Catering Foundation together with METRO organises a fundraising campaign   this summer in four rural towns and in the capital. In the first stage of the camapign in Székesfehérvár, packages were given to one hundred needy family. Parallel to the event the artists of the Vörösmarty Theatre artists and Miss World Hungary, Dobó Ági will speak to the public and inviting them to donate.
The series of events this year, will be held between the 11th and 31st of August 2010 at a total of 5 locations.
