LG presented laundry solutions equipped with artificial intelligence

The new PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY product line consists of a 20, a 25 and a 30 kg capacity washing machine, a 25 and a 30 kg capacity dryer and a 25 kg capacity washer-dryer. Each appliance comes with LG’s advanced artificial intelligence technology, which automatically adjusts the ideal amount of water and wash time based on the weight of the laundry load, so a full wash and dry cycle can be completed in as little as 60 minutes.*

The products of LG PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY are energy-efficient and extremely durable. In the new equipment, the company incorporated the so-called Ball Balancing System, which keeps the equipment stable even at the maximum spin speed of 1100 rpm. The 25 kg washer-dryer is one of the largest models in the combined heat pump category and is the industry’s first commercial washer-dryer to incorporate an inverter heat pump dryer module. This patented technology significantly reduces drying time and increases energy efficiency. The unique function of LG’s commercial laundry cleaning solutions is the so-called Also a smart service called Proactive Customer Care, which actively monitors the operating data of the machines so that possible technical problems can be identified before they appear. The service sends alerts to facility managers through the LG Laundry Crew application, who can thus prevent problems and avoid having to interrupt the service process. The machines are also equipped with functions for reliable performance, such as Tub Cleaning, which helps maintain hygiene inside the drum.
