T. M.: – How did your career start in the meat industry? – On a boat trip in I met the owner of a prestigious Austrian meat company. We became friends and in 1994 he decided to set up a company in Hungary too, and he convinced me to be the head of the company we had started together.
T. M.: – How did the meat industry welcome you? – Many people helped me. They respected that I was a mathematician and saw that I took the whole thing very seriously. I learned everything that I could and surrounded myself with experts who knew everything about production and sales was never a problem for me, as it had to do with numbers.

Three of our products, Puszta Debreceni, Túra Cold Cut and Bécsi Long Wiener earned the Quality Food From Hungary mark.
T. M.: – What are you proud of the most? – My two-year-old grandchild and my son who is one of the producers of the TV programme Beugró.
