Eight Fifty Food Group buys Greenland Seafood
Hamburg-based Greenland Seafood has acquired Eight Fifty Food Group for an undisclosed sum. The deal is subject to approval from the German, French and Polish competition authorities. Greenland Seafood is one of the largest producers of frozen seafood products in Europe, employing around 600 people in its two factories.
