Refresco snaps up plant-based drinks company Frías Nutrición
Dutch company Refresco has acquired Spanish plant-based drinks producer Frías Nutrición from its owner, a private equity investor.

The parties didn’t disclose financial details of the transaction, which is expected to close this year. Frías produces private label plant-based drinks for several Spanish retailers. The group employs around 250 people and has a production plant in Burgos, Spain. //
