TriGranit sells 50 percent of the Arena Centar in Zagreb
Europe's fourth largest real estate developer, the TriGranit Development Co. and Heitman European Property Partners IV (Hepp IV) announced today that the Hepp IV bought 50 percent stake in the newest and most modern shopping Center of Zagreb, the Arena Plaza.
Thus TriGranit and Hepp IV both have a 50-50 stake in the 180.000 m2 shopping center, where 220 shops vcan be found on 60,000 m2 of commercial area. 95 percent of the retail outlets are already leased. The transaction also includes two additional land areas, which allows expansion of the mall, and the development of offices, a residential area and a convention center – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
