Wine Marketing Renewal

According to Tornai Tamás, the President of the Hungarian Grape and Wine Association (MSZBSZ); to maintain the annual 3 million hectoliters traffic of the Hungarian wine, a concerted Wine Marketing is required.

On the occasion of the presentation of the newly formed Community Wine Marketing Ltd. the President stressed that cooperation is necessary in the Wine Marketing, because if the wine imports reach 50 percent, Hungarian wine producing will be destroyed.
Last year, Hungarians drank 3.5 million hectoliters of wine and the Hungarian wine producers sold a total of 3.2 million hectoliters. Fourty percent of this, was sold on external markets – reports Origo.
