Smoking to be banned in bars and cafes in the Netherlands
The smoking rooms in bars and cafes in the Netherlands have to be eliminated – the Court of Appeal in The Hague said in its Wednesday verdict.
Following the introduction of the partial ban on smoking in the Netherlands in 2008, a number of bars and cafeterias set up closed smoking corners, but the Judicial Forum came to the conclusion that owners should also close these. (MTI)
