Danone US to discontinue two plant-based milk alternatives
The decision to stop the production of Silk Nextmilk and So Delicious Wondermilk comes as sales of the alternative category fell in 2023, after four consecutive years of growth.

Back in 2021 Danone’s goal was to offer a drink with the right taste and texture to milk consumers who were unwilling to switch to plant-based milk, due to a lack of suitable alternatives. At the same time Danone has come out with a new Silk Protein Almondmilk. //
