SPAR Magyarország Kereskedelmi Kft. and the Trade Union of Commercial Employees (KASZ) have agreed on the wage development for 2021. Under the agreement, the 13-month benefit, the SPAR Loyalty Program and the 10% purchase discount for employees will also be maintained, which will now apply to new employees from the first day they take up employment. Wage development is carried out by the company using only its own resources.

The wage negotiation at SPAR Magyarország Kereskedelmi Kft., which employs more than 13,000 employees, was successfully concluded.
