In connection with the inspection of dog breeding facilities, Márton Nobilis said that in none of the 73 inspected facilities did the inspectors find any serious problems that would have entailed immediate action in the interests of the animals. Proceedings were initiated in 8 cases, including because of more crowded housing than allowed, as well as incomplete keeping of records ensuring traceability, but the lack of the FELIR identifier also arose as a problem.
