It is the sixth time that a Christmas fair will be held at the St. Stephen's Basilica, where on the first Sunday of Advent, Bishop Snell György, the guard of the Holy Right ceremoniously lit the first candle.
Szentgyörgyvölgyi Péter, the mayor of the Belváros-Lipótváros greeted the visitors and turned the floodlight of the square, the city center and the fair’s Christmas tree on. Gastro exhibitors, flashmobs, dance programs, cultural shows, concerts and children's programs will await the visitors. (MTI)
