In the store of the Vadex Mezőföldi Erdő- és Vadgazdálkodási Zrt. venison and forest products can be bought, prepared by the Forestry and Wildlife Office.

Bitay Márton Örs, Minister of state of the Ministry of Agriculture, responsible for for public lands in his opening speech stressed that this kind of delicatessen store that is the first in Hungary is an evidence that forestry is not only the sale of felled trees, but has more diverse activities.

He believes that the premium wild meats are unfairly ignored in nutrition and in the offer of the stores. The delicatessen shop would like to change this trend. (MTI)
