The Gray Cattle Feast opens on Friday in the Vajdahunyadvár
The 4th Gray Cattle Feast Gastronomy and Cultural Festival opens opens on Friday with colorful programs in the Vajdahunyadvár castle and lasts until Sunday.
Deputy Minister of State Bognár Lajos told at he event that world-class national cuisine can not exist without traditional domestic raw materials, so the Gray Cattle Feast is very welcomed, because the visitors of the feast can learn about the animals about the traditional animal husbandry and can also taste Grey Cattle dishes and buy items linked to the animals.
