The imprint of Hungarian agriculture is the SIRHA Budapest International Food Industry and HORECA trade fair, said Dr. Minister of Agriculture István Nagy at the opening of the most important food industry and HoReCa event in Central and Eastern Europe.

The SIRHA international food industry and HoReCa exhibition opened yesterday at Hungexpo. At the event, 300 exhibitors are waiting for professionals interested in 30,000 square meters.

As an international event that continuously follows industry trends, SIRHA Budapest offers professionals the opportunity, among other things, to discuss and share their best practices and innovations in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability.
