Procter & Gamble opened its diaper factory in Gyöngyös
The new facility was built in the scope of an almost twenty billion HUF green field investment creating 150 new jobs. The base area of the factory is 240 thousand. The diapers that are manufactured in Gyöngyös, will be transported to several other countries.
Prime Minister Orbán Viktor, as well as other prominent politicians such as Lázár János, Szijjártó Péter and Horváth László Heves county government comissioner also took part at the opening ceremony. In his speech Orbán Viktor said that without the large investments of international companies in Hungary, the economy would be in a difficult situation, there will be no new jobs or economic growth.
