The Hungarian Artisan Flavours Fair has been opened
According to the traditions the third Hungarian Artisan Flavours Fair has started: Kardeván Endre, State Secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development, responsible for food chain surveillance and agri-management opened the gastronomic fair.
The organizers have grouped the products on the basis of a flavour map: the gastronomic specialties (cheese, chocolate, honey, wines, meat products) of seven Hungarian regions (Southern Great Plain, Southern Transdanubia, Central Transdanubia, Western Transdanubia, Northern Hungary, Middle Hungary, Northern Great Plains) and the products of four regions from abroad (Transcarpathia, Transylvania, Southern region, Highlands) will introduce themselves – highlighted Pap Krisztián manager of the Kézműves Magyar Ízek Kft. (Artisan Hungarian Flavours Ltd.) on Friday.
