Ghraoui, one of the oldest (200-year-old) Damascus retailer family has opened its Budapest store on the Andrássy Avenue, said Rania Ghraoui, communications director of the Ghraoui Chocolate Manufactory. As she said, innovation in chocolate production is as important as tradition, so more than 120 products in the store are made based on a new recipe. Production is underway in the temporary Csepel plant with 65 Hungarian workers who have been trained by six Chocolate Masters from Damascus in the last three months. (vg.hu, Gyöngyösi Balázs)
