Autumn harvest work has begun
Autumn harvest work has begun. Yield is uncertain due to the July-August drought, but domestic supplies will be assured, said the Secretary of State for Agriculture and Rural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) on Friday.
Feldman Zsolt explained that almost 1.8 million hectares of crops are harvested. Due to the dry summer weather, farmers reported drought damage on 328 thousand hectares. (MTI)
