The transportation of industrial apples has begun to the processing plants in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county

Following the agreement of the buyers and the producers, the transportation of industrial apples to the processing plants started on Thursday in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county.

The persistence of the growers has brought the result. As a result of the protests of the last three weeks and the negotiations, the net 13 HUF purchase price per kilogram previously aannounced by the buyers increased to net 20 HUF – Bakti János producer and main organizer of the demonstrations told at a press conference in Nyíregyháza on Thursday.
