The Pálinka country tasting has begun

The increase in the brand’s prestige in recent years is exemplary; after the great quality of the product, the use of origin markings can continue to increase the drink’s rank after the excellent quality – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said on Monday in Komárom, at the opening of this year’s Pálinka country tasting.

Nagy István pointed out that the trademarks of the National Pálinka Excellence program can already be used by the producers on more than 500 items already. The contents of the Book of Pálinka Excellences 2017 and the notes of professional tasting are already digitally available on the program’s website and they are also planning to digitize previous publications – he added.
