The Balaton 2019 gastronomy guide compiles the best gourmet restaurants, bistros, taverns, wineries, confectioneries, beach bars and other gastro places in the area of Lake Balaton.

For many years the gastronomy of Lake Balaton has been wasted on hake and grilled sausages, but now the demand for value has reappeared and the sophisticated culinary delights have been served. So much so that there is a need for a guide – the chairman of the editorial board of the Magyar Konyha Magazin reminded at the presentation of the 333 Places for Gourmets publication on Wednesday in Budapest.
