A new basic book on organic farming has been published
The basic book on organic farming in Hungarian has received an updated edition. This is the 4th, revised edition of the work of Dr. Péter Roszík, the managing director of Biokontroll Hungária Nonprofit Kft (HU-ÖKO-01), entitled About organic farming for farmers, in plain language, in which the author has already included the amendments to the EU organic legislation that will apply from January 1, 2022.
The book continues to present the challenges that beginners in organic farming may encounter, along with solutions, but it can also help those who are already practicing organic farmers with ideas and suggestions.
The volume is an almost indispensable professional book for all farmers who are considering making part or all of their production comply with the requirements of organic farming, and thus putting their work on a sustainable path that also shows good prospects. The publication is particularly relevant because the large EU ECO Program, which was created specifically to support organic farming, is about to start.
The volume is now available in pdf format for free on the Biokontroll website, while the printed version can be purchased from December 1, 2024 in the webshop of the Hungarian Bioculture Association.
