Kraft will close a Cadbury factory
The new owner, Kraft announced that contrary to their earlier statements, Kraft will continue the closure of the British Cadbury’s Sommerdale plant, in accordance with the plans.
Cadbury decided the closure of the Sommerdale plant, before the acquisition. The company will relocate the production into Poland.
However, the British leader of Kraft had claimed, that the plant can continue to operate – this phrase also appeared in the formal offer – reports Világgazdaság Online, after BBC News.
