Hungarian meat exports to be launched to the Philippines
After lengthy negotiations, three Hungarian companies received authorization to begin the export of Hungarian meat to the Philippines – Szijjártó Péter Foreign Economic Relations and Foreign Minister announced on Tuesday at a business forum in Manila.
According to Szijjártó Péter the launch of meat exports will give a major boost to the Hungarian agricultural exports to the Philippines. The Minister pointed out that Hungary has the most stringent food safety standards in Europe, and the constitution requires GMO-free farming as well. (MTI)
