The mystery of IKEA’s cheap hot dog was cleared
In Hungary, IKEA sells the hot dog for only 150 forints, for half of the German price. Anywhere in the world, food is the cheapest at the Swedish furniture manufacturing chain, the company does not profit from it – Világgazdaság Online wrote after G7.
One of the company’s former employees told the German magazine, Stern, said that IKEA assumes that buyers like to eat something before they buy.
