Coop Sweden Introduces Digital Assistant, Cooper
Coop Sweden has announced that it has introduced a new AI-based digital assistant to its website.
The digital assistant, Cooper, aims to address customers’ queries on various topics as well as offer guidelines and suggestions on how to shop online.
The digital assistant is available on the bottom left corner of Coop Sweden’s webpage.
The answers for queries that Cooper is unable to process instantly are available on the following day upon asking the question again.
