It is good to work for industrial firms
According to K&H’s latest SME confidence index, conducted with the participation of 500 Hungarian managing directors, the proportion of businesses that plan to recruit new workers dropped from 24 percent to 18 percent since the beginning of the year. What is more, the majority of those who plan to hire new workforce only intend to employ a few new people. One quarter of industrial firms search for new employees, while in services, commerce and agriculture this ratio is only 16-17 percent. 37 percent of SMEs plan to increase workers’ salary.
