We hold pálinka in high esteem!
Independent laboratory WESSLING Hungary Kft. organised a conference on 21 May. At ‘Differentiating premium quality pálinkas in the market’ participants were discussing the legal background of production, the Hungaricum trademark, marketing strategies and the National Food Chain Safety Authority’s (NÉBiH) intention to protect pálinkas by strictly inspecting each and every product before it enters the market. Dr László Zanathy, managing director of WESSLING Hungary Kft. emphasised that they had created the Pálinka Trademark System to foster the cause of premium quality Hungarian food and drinks.
