A 4 percent decline in live cattle exports
According to the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), a 4 percent decline occured in January 2016 compared to January of 2015 – agroinform.hu wrote.
The main partners were Turkey, Austria and Poland. Most of the cattle was transported to Hungary’s former largest market, to Turkey, where exports expanded to almost four-fold. The volume shipped to Poland has tripled, while to Austria 12 percent more cattle was transported. (agroinform.hu)
