Although three quarters of firms are already using some form of AI-powered solution, full integration of the technology is still some way off, IT services company Stylers Group said in a statement. Experts say many developments are self-serving, have no specific objectives and strategy, while the competencies needed to use AI on a day-to-day basis are lacking. The long-term success of AI projects depends on how much the technology can be integrated into existing processes. //
