The Nutriversum brand gains even more vitality with the SAP Emarsys marketing automation system
Nutriversum has become a dominant brand in the nutritional supplements market entirely on its own in just 10 years. The brand’s greatest strength is the loyal customer base, the short supply chain and the sane price policy that can be ensured through this. SAP Emarsys strengthens the brand by addressing the target group with targeted messages, strengthening customer loyalty, and thereby increasing sales efficiency, with the introduction of which, consumers can be given more personalized offers than ever before.
The story of Nutriversum began in 2014, when the business started with a team of 5 people, as a real garage company, without a large investor, focusing on the local market in the market of healthy foods, vitamins and nutritional supplements. Since then, they have undergone significant development and now employ 60 people. They started selling online, and although they now have a few branded stores, these cater more to customers who need personal advice, mass sales are still limited to the online channel. It is no coincidence that a larger team is responsible for marketing at the company, which works on continuously running campaigns, offers and product launches.
The SAP Emarsys marketing automation system introduced in 2023 provides unheard-of help to this organizational unit.
