It is still not too late to announce the agrotechnical operations/second sowings

Today, the Hungarian State Treasury will start preparing and sending out to customers the fifth round of information letters related to the 2023 unified application, and also the last one this year.

This information letter will be sent to customers who request it

There is a planned, but not yet actual sowing date, a traditional or secondary sowing intended for the purpose of green fertilization; The actual sowing date must be announced within 15 days of sowing.

Conventional re-sowing or re-sowing for the purpose of green fertilization can be carried out until October 31, 2023 for the year 2023.

There is an agrotechnical operation concerning the Agro-Ecological Program (hereinafter: AÖP) that is planned but does not have an actual implementation date in the planning data; In the framework of the AÖP legal title, application of the preparation carried out between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 can be accepted.

The customer can also receive information if the date of planned completion of a specific agrotechnical operation and the date of actual completion are not recorded in the same line. In this case, a new notification is not necessary!

Among the practices that can be chosen in the case of Natura 2000 grassland and other grassland land use categories within the framework of the AÖP, the undertaking of the practice “Exclusively using alternating mowers” is included, but you have not yet submitted at least one georeferenced photo separately for each undertaken land use category; Within the scope of the AÖP title, mowing carried out between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 and a georeferenced photo of the alternating mower submitted during this period can be accepted.

If the information letter is only about the failure to submit a photo of the alternating mower, the summary table will remain empty.

In the case of second sowing, the actual sowing date was announced before the completion of the work, but the actual harvesting/turning date has not yet been submitted; The actual rotation/harvest date of the second sowings must be announced within 15 days after the rotation/harvest.

The reseeding must be kept in the area for a different period of time per legal title. It is important to note that the Treasury does not automatically consider second sowings to have been turned in/harvested at the start of the 2024 unified application! Re-sowing without notification of the harvest/rotation date means that the obligations undertaken with them have not been fulfilled, given that the re-sowing is not considered acceptable due to the lack of notification!
