In response to the growing popularity of online orders, Rossmann has recently drastically increased its package pick-up points, and in a unique way among domestic drugstores, orders can now be placed in parcel machines. In addition to the previous ones, service providers such as Foxpost and Easybox machines, MPL parcel machines, GLS parcel points and parcel machines were brought in, increasing the number of pick-up points nationwide from the previous 2,500 to 6,800.
In the past, Rossmann has also placed a lot of emphasis on the development of online Drogéra home delivery methods: for the convenience of customers, in-store pickup has long been available, and in addition to external courier services – which recently included GLS due to its popularity among customers – with Rossmann’s own fleet of couriers also works, with which in the capital and in 45 settlements of the agglomeration they are there within 5 hours with the package ordered to the house.
